Hamas-Israel talks are not over: US

Washington [US], March 28: US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller has said there's still a possibility to pursue the release of captives held in Gaza in exchange for prisoners held in Israel.
Miller, speaking to reporters at a regular news briefing, also said "we do" when asked if a limited military campaign in Rafah can take out remaining commanders of Hamas.
Last week, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel is determined to send troops into the southern Gaza city of Rafah, where some 1.5 million Palestinians are sheltering. (Agencies)
