Still leading the tablet market but Apple is in decline

Washington [USA], May 13: According to the above report, total shipments of the global tablet market increased slightly from 30.6 million units in the first quarter of 2023 to 30.8 million units in the first quarter of 2024. This is the first time this market has increased shipments since the second quarter of 2021 and then gradually saturated. This growth is expected to stem from the start of a new replacement cycle, although long-term volumes are unlikely to match the spike seen during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the switch to high-end tablets is a good opportunity as consumers look for more productive devices.
